Full kitchen with cooktop, microwave, electric oven, extractor fan, blender, washing machine and gourmet tap. A Moroccan-style table separates the spaces. In the living room there is a brand new sofa bed for two people, a table for dining or working, three solid wood chairs, a German bench with cushions, a 42” television, air conditioning, a planter box and curtains. Books for exchange are available.
