Extra cleaning during the stay is also available upon request at an additional cost. Guests must respect condominium rules, especially regarding noise and common areas.

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the apartment. The building has an elevator, 24-hour doorman service, and secure access. Condominium rules must be respected, especially regarding noise and common areas.
Interaction will be according to the guest’s preference. We will be available before and during the stay via messaging to answer questions, provide information, or assist with any needs, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.
If check-in is done between 10 PM and 6 AM, an extra fee of R$ 150 will be charged, referring to the support of a person to assist you with the in-person check-in.
Smoking in the apartment may result in a R$300 fine.
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.
Please do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, trunks, or go shirtless in the building's common areas.
We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not restock after they run out.
If needed, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$150 for transportation from our office to the accommodation.
If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.

Foi uma estada muito boa e tranquila
Localização. Limpeza de todos os ambientes Cozinha reformada, com todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar, fazer um café ou até uma comida. Banheiro também reformado, muito limpo, com secador de cabelo. Atendimento pelo whatsapp muito amável. Observo que além de ter a comunicação automática tem uma pessoa que atende você e colabora nas dúvidas. Inclusive, agradeço sua colaboração Porteros gentis
