All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

If check-in is done between 10 PM and 6 AM, an extra fee of R$ 150 will be charged, referring to the support of a person to assist you with the in-person check-in.

Smoking in the apartment may result in a R$300 fine.

Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.

Please do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, trunks, or go shirtless in the building's common areas.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not restock after they run out.

If needed, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$150 for transportation from our office to the accommodation.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.
