Building Quiet Hours: From 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

All guests must comply with the condominium rules. Failure to follow these rules may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

Smoking inside the apartment may result in a fine of R$300.

The entry of unregistered guests is not permitted.

Wearing swimwear such as bikinis, swim briefs, or shorts without a shirt is not allowed in the building’s common areas.

If needed, we offer a baby crib for a fixed fee of R$150, which includes transportation from our office to the accommodation.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not offer replacements once they are used.

For reservations longer than two weeks, an additional cleaning service must be scheduled at a cost of R$250 to ensure proper sanitization of the property; linen change is included.
