Guest substitution during the stay is not permitted.

All guests must comply with the condominium rules; failure to do so may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately, according to the usage recorded.

Please check the availability of the portable crib to schedule it. An additional transportation fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and no replacement will be made once they are finished.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.
