All guests are subject to condominium rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, which will be charged to the reservation holder.

Online registration of all guests is mandatory. Entry of unregistered guests will not be allowed.

Guest replacement during the stay is not permitted.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and we do not offer replenishments after they run out.

Smoking inside the apartment may result in an R$ 300,00 fine.

Do not wear swimwear (such as bikinis, trunks, or shorts without a shirt) in the building’s common areas.

For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately based on recorded usage.

Check-in and check-out must take place between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays, with registration required at the front desk.

Guests of tenants must also register at the front desk during these hours.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Wearing swimwear in the social elevator is not allowed. Guests must carry the keys to the service entrance.

Please respect the doorman’s dinner break (from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.). During this time, there is no front desk service.

Immediately report any plumbing issues to the doorman to prevent water waste.

Keep the gate and the blindex door locked during nighttime.

Avoid wasting water.

Be aware of the front desk hours for vehicle maneuvers.

Keep the iron gate in the garage (providing access to the elevator) locked during nighttime.

Note: Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.
