In the living room there is a brand new sofa bed for two people, a table for dining or working, three solid wood chairs, a German bench with cushions, a 42” television, air conditioning, a planter box and curtains. Books for exchange are available.

Bedroom with brand new Queen box bed for two people (density 33), air conditioning, closet, large windows, black-out curtains, bedside table with drawers and vertical garden. Large closet to fit suitcases with hangers and drawers.

Modern, well-ventilated bathroom with large window, good hot water pressure and hairdryer. Gas heater located outside the apartment for greater security.

Guests will enjoy access to all rooms and cupboards in the flat. Only a small cupboard door in the kitchen remains locked, containing extra cleaning supplies. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building, and security cameras are consistently operational. With just two flats per floor, privacy is enhanced. The caretakers reside on the ground floor and are available 24/7 to address any emergencies.
