Privileged location overlooking the Lagoon and very close (walking) to Ipanema beach (Posto 10). Subway station 500 meters away, the best restaurants in the neighborhood and Shopping Leblon are close by.
Welcome to Lagoa 202 This House Manual will provide all the information you need to make the most of your stay in the apartment. Living room: - We provide a reusable shopping bag for your purchases. Please use it and leave it available for future guests. - The television is Smart TV, feel free to log into your Netflix account or any streaming service, just don't forget to log out when you leave! Kitchen: - Water: We have a filter in the sink with drinking water. - Please wash any utensils used during your stay. Master bedroom: - The window has a wooden shutter that helps block the sound from the street. Trash: - Please remove the trash at the end of your stay. Place it in the orange basket on the ground floor, behind the stairs. Please do not throw out trash during quiet hours, be aware that the noise may disturb other residents. - Recycling: Please separate plastics, glass and metals and leave them separately in a plastic bag and we will arrange for recycling.

A localização do apartamento é fora de série. Com vista pra lagoa e saída tanto pro lado da lagoa como pra Ipanema. próximo ao shopping Leblon e perto da melhor região de Ipanema. Entre a lagoa e a praia.

Ótima localização. Apartamento bem completo e bom atendimento.

Único ponto negativo foi que estava sem papel higiênico. Mas é bem perto tá visconde de Pirajá, com bastante acesso a supermercado e farmácia

We had a great time in this Airbnb and in Rio. The location was beautiful and close to nice restaurants and the metro.

Mikael's place is lovely. We stayed there for one month, and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It is a beautiful apartment, with loads of things to do in a very safe area. Walk distance of the beach, in front of the lagoon where we used to walk and do some exercises at the end of the day. Only 20 minute walk to Jardim Botanico. There are two bike stations on the side of the apartment. The apartment is very close to Leblon, where we used to go on weekends night - there is a street with loads of bars. And also close to Copacabana. So more than perfect! We love Rio, and being in Mikael's apartment was part of it :)

Beautiful place, which immediately felt home. Very clean, thoughtful decoration and all great location. Also the communication and check-in were very easy. The only small problem we had was that the listing says that there is a washing machine, which in fact does not work.

Great apartment in a perfect location with everything you need within a 10 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and great for a short or long stay with everything you would need. Check in and check out we’re seamless. Highly recommend this apartment especially the location.

Muy buen departamento, súper completo, con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Muy cómodo. Tal cual lo describía en fotos y comentarios. Linda zona, cerca del subte y de la playa. Sin dudas si volvemos a Rio, volveríamos a este lugar.

Silencioso e agradável

Apartamento bem localizado; bem equipado e silencioso dado que houve preocupação em colocação de porta anti-ruído.

A estada foi bem agradável apesar da chuva. Gostei de tudo. entretanto, como sugestão de melhoria poderiam pensar em colocar um espelho de corpo; TV aberta e uma cama maior, mas independentemente disso foi muito bom.
