In accordance with the building’s policy, you must submit photographs of all guests’ identification documents.Visitors are not permitted at any time of day.All guests are subject to the estate’s rules; failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking.Smoking in the flat may result in a fine of R$300.Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises.Please do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, swimming trunks or shorts without a top on the building’s premises.If required, we can provide a cot for a flat fee of R$150, delivered from our office to your accommodation.We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not replenish them once they have run out.If your booking is for more than two weeks, you will need to book an extra cleaning service for R$250 to ensure the property is sanitised; a change of bed linen is included.
