We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not restock after they run out.
If needed, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$150 for transportation from our office to the accommodation.
If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.

The place was exactly like the pictures, super clean, great walkable area to both Ipanema and Copacabana! The host was super friendly and we had great communication. I would definitely recommend the place for anyone visiting Rio:)

The experience was overall great! The apartment was a nice location - walkable to the Lagoa, shops/restaurants, and beach. I appreciate the organization, cleanliness, and modern decor. I also appreciated the prompt reply/attention to any of our questions, and the flexibility with our check-in. The instructions to access/use the apartment were very helpful and straightforward. I definitely recommend this offer! Everything is like at the pictures and I would say that the apartment is even bigger then it looks like at those pics. The neighbourhood is one of the best in Ipanema. On one hand very close to everything and on the other hand calm, safe and quiet by nights (this is not the first line building going to the beach). I am coming back to the beautiful city of Rio de Janeiro quiet often (at least once a year for almost 20 years) and this location and offer is one of my favourable. Muy buen alojamiento. Súper completo si queres quedarte varios días , pero si vas por poco hay varios restaurantes cercas muy buenos. Es excelente tener Porteria 24x7. A 5 min caminando a la playa. Es un excelente alojamiento! Seguramente repita.

A hospedagem foi ótima, correspondeu as expectativas. Como se localiza em uma aérea muito arborizada e com pouco sol e estava frio, a umidade atrapalhou um pouquinho, mas nada que estrague a estadia. A lava e seca nos ajudou bastante. Recomendo um varal de chão.
Os porteiros são ótimos, a anfitriã sanou todas as dúvidas e atendeu todos os nossos pedidos. A cama do quarto principal possui um colchão ortopédico, o que pode não agradar algumas pessoas.
Foi tudo ótimo, rua tranquila, muitis restaurantes por perto, praia pertinho...
Enfim, voltaria!

Apartamento ótimo, dois quartos com camas excelentes, boa localização, perto de bares e restaurantes tradicionais de Ipanema e ao lado da lagoa. Um pouco longe para ir a praia a pé, mas de taxi/uber e muito fácil. Fomos super bem atendidos, recomendo com certeza!

Excelente departamento para compartir en familia o con amigos .. cumple con todas las cualidades requeridas para estar en Río y cerca de todos los lugares en los cuales uno requiere estar en un lugar tranquilo con todo a mano desde un súper, bar, restaurante y sobre todo playa .. 100 %, nota 10 de 10, además muy flexibles con el ingreso y egreso .. muy agradecido !!!

Departamento lindo, bien ubicado tuve solo un problema con la limpieza por presencia de polvo, pero la anfitriona fue receptiva y se comprometió a enviar a alguien para realizar una limpieza adicional.
La casa cuenta con una excelente funcionalidad, especialmente para estancias prolongadas debido a sus amplias habitaciones y armarios. La ubicación es ideal, cercana a la playa, al metro y a supermercados, farmacias.
Destaco la amabilidad y disposición de los porteros, quienes fueron serviciales durante mi estancia. En cuanto a la zona, la dificultad para encontrar estacionamiento fue un punto negativo, aunque es importante mencionar que las personas encargadas de cuidar los vehículos fueron amables.
El anfitrión se destacó por su prontitud en responder a los mensajes y su disposición para atender cualquier solicitud.
