REGULATIONS FOR TEMPORARY TENANTS

Condomínio Capivari is a residential building. Among its residents are elderly people, families with children, people with special needs undergoing treatment.

For this reason, we kindly ask you to comply with the condominium regulation for the carnival period, which has the following items:

1. People are not allowed to gather at the entrance of the building, either inside or outside.

2. It is not allowed to place signs of any kind, speakers in the windows and/or the use of sound instruments that harm the peace of mind of the residents.

3. Unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter the building unless they are under the responsibility of the tenants.

4. It is not allowed to consume drinks or any kind of food in the internal and external areas of the condominium.

5. People are not allowed to stay on the stairs of the condominium.

6. When leaving and entering the building, the glass door and the iron gate must be closed.

7. The transit of unauthorized persons in the back area of ​​the building is not allowed.

8. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

9. Any irregularity identified by the security cameras will be the responsibility of the guest of the apartment.

10. Temporary tenants must provide their respective identity documents.

11. Failure to comply with the above rules will delegate to the condominium the right to take appropriate legal and/or police action.
