Building offers sauna and pool.

* Check-in is available from 3:00 pm at the reception. If you arrive later, don't worry—our reception is open 24 hours a day, every day.

* Your key will be provided at the reception during check-in.

* All guests must present both a photo ID and CPF at check-in.

Note: Foreign visitors must present their passport.

* Complimentary parking is available 24 hours a day. No reservation or payment is required. The garage entrance is next to the main entrance; just drive in and inform the valet.

* We offer housekeeping service. To request it, simply call reception at extension 9.

* For your convenience, there is a laundry facility available on floor P for an additional fee.

* If you wish to use the sauna, please call reception to have it turned on.

* On floor P, you will also find the pool and gym, in addition to the sauna and laundry. Opening hours are listed in the information leaflet you will receive at check-in.

* Bed linen and towels are provided for use inside the apartment. Towels for beach use are not available.

* A crib is available upon request and subject to availability. An R$150 fee applies.

* Visitors are welcome in the apartment, but each visitor must register at reception by presenting an official photo ID.

* We offer a luggage room for your comfort and convenience.

With early check-in or late check-out, you can store your luggage and remain registered as our guest, giving you continued access to the building's common areas such as the mezzanine restroom, the mini market on floor P, and the reception. Feel free to explore, shop, or dine with your bags safely stored. When you're ready, simply inform the receptionist and they will grant you access to collect your luggage, which will be securely stored.
