Fully equipped one-bedroom apartment in Leblon with sea view and view for Christ. It has a super cozy bedroom, with smart TV, living room with smart TV, split air conditioning and balcony, well-equipped American kitchen with utensils miscellaneous basics, pantry with table and 4 chairs and a guest bathroom with mini washing machine (exclusively for light clothes). High speed internet with 350 Mega subscribers and workbench table with comfortable armchair.
Great location in Leblon, two blocks from the beach and close to the neighborhood's shops, bars and restaurants.
Monthly reservations include additional gas and electricity, depending on consumption.
The apartment is cleaned from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Saturday. There is no housekeeping on Sundays and public holidays. Storage can be requested by calling reception or by placing the storage sign on the doorknob outside the apartment.
The apartment has a Nespresso coffee maker and we provide two complimentary capsules.
Free parking in the building's garage.
The condominium has a daily maid service and also has a coffee shop (delivers to the apartment), swimming pool, sauna, gym, self-service laundry, self-service minimarket with drinks and snacks and a parking space.
Guests have access to all rooms in the apartment.
All guests must follow the condominium rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.
The front desk is available 24 hours a day.

We recommend using the Google Maps app to get around the city, where you can find useful addresses such as pharmacies, parking lots, hospitals, markets, restaurants and even entertainment recommendations.
To use public transport, use the 'Moovit' app, which shows you the lines and stations where you can get on and off to reach your destination.
If you prioritize safety and convenience, Uber and 99 app cars work well. Conventional taxis tend to be more expensive, but also safer.

Visitors other than the guests on the reservation are not allowed.
Monthly reservations include additional gas and electricity, depending on consumption.

All guests are subject to the rules of the condominium and failure to comply with these rules may result in fines which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking.
Guest substitution during the stay is not permitted.
Check the availability of the portable crib to schedule. In addition, a travel fee of R$150.00 will be charged.
We only provide two rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom and we do not replace them after they are finished.
For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately based on recorded usage.
Sauna opening hours: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

1) Coffee shop: Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m;

The reception is 24 hours.
Smoking in the apartment may result in a fine of R$300. Unregistered guests are not allowed.
Please collect the garbage from the apartment and dispose of it in the correct place before you leave. Thank you for your understanding!
Do not wear bathing suits such as bikinis, swimming trunks or shorts without a shirt on in the building.
If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.

Rafaella’s place was just perfect! It had everything we needed — close to the beach, great restaurants, and shopping nearby.
The balcony, on the 16th floor, was a real highlight: enjoying a morning coffee while listening to the waves on the beach, looking out to the beautiful city and admiring the iconic Jesus statue standing on top of the mountain — pure bliss!
Daily cleaning service was another big plus.
Communication with Rafaella’s team was excellent. We had a small issue with a loose kitchen faucet, and they fixed it immediately.
Highly recommended.
Ps: We enjoy preparing our own meals, so having a few extra kitchen knives would be really helpful.

We loved our stay in the Leblon apartment! The highlight was definitely the view, which was fantastic. We loved the balcony, and the view from the bedroom too. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. The washing machine in the bathroom was a plus! After traveling for a few weeks, it really came in handy. The location was terrific too. Just a few steps from stores and restaurants and a block and half from the beach. It was fun to explore Rio, but we didn't need to go much further than our neighborhood to enjoy much of what the area has to offer. Thank you Rafaella for the great stay!

Just spent 8 nights at Rafaella’s apartment and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The apartment looks better than the photos, the locations is absolutely perfect (walking distance to any daily needs, close to amazing restaurants and beaches), and the views are amazing. The apartment itself was very clean and organized.
This is my second time staying in Leblon and I will now be booking this apartment for my next trip to Rio.
The host is very responsive and the building workers are very helpful and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place for your stay.

The apartment is a block away from the beach and has views of the Christ statue to one side and the ocean on the other. The best restaurants in Rio are just a very short walk away.
Rafaella, our host, could not have been more attentive, responsive and friendly. She constantly contacted us to make sure everything was in order and to our liking, making it a very pleasant experience. That will always be our go to place when we visitto Rio.

Rafaella was very communicative. Her apartment was clean, and it’s a great location for exploring Rio. The balcony is really nice for drinking coffee, and the washing machine was useful for cleaning a few things. There’s also great WiFi (500 mbps) and the workspace was perfect for us to take a few calls. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception after checkout. We would stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for the best location in Leblon with gorgeous views of the ocean and the city! Even Cristo Redentor is visible from the balcony! My husband and I were really satisfied with the kind building staff, including the hardworking housekeepers. Spotless from floor to ceiling. Only hiccup which is not at any fault of our host, the building pool was under maintenance. I had booked specifically for the pool but Leblon and sightseeing kept us so busy we didn’t even think about it. Thanks Rafaella and HomerRio!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Leblon ist der schönste Stadtteil von Rio, ruhig, sauber, mit einem familienfreundlichen Strand, wunderbaren Restaurants und Cafés. Die Wohnung liegt 1 Minute zum Fuß von einer modernen U-Bahn Station. Aus dem 16. Stockwerk hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Christusstatue. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen ist das die perfekte Wahl für eine Woche in Rio. Rafaella und ihr Team waren vom Anfang sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit gewesen, früher einzuchecken (gegen Aufpreis), weil wir aus Europa sehr früh morgens gekommen waren.

We spent 10 days and the apartment was as described and shown on the pictures. Located on the 16th floor with great views of Rio, Christ Redeemer and beaches. Safe area with lots of great restaurants nearby and 5 minutesto Leblon beach. Would definitely stay again!

Location is a 10/10. It was my first time in Rio and there was lots to do near the Airbnb. Great view of Christ the redeemer and 2 blocks away from the beach. The location is in a very good place, it’s a noble neighborhood, it’s safe, and within walking distance of many amenities.

I had an amazing time staying here! The communication was excellent throughout, and it was very accommodating even though I arrived earlier than the posted check in time. The views from the apartment are breath taking, as well as the apartment itself. You can’t beat this location in Leblon. This charming apartment has beautiful views of the city and beach and quick walks to the best restaurants and bars in the neighborhood or the ocean. It’s a wonderful, place to stay with everything you need. My wife and I spent 6 days here and loved every minute. We will definitely be coming back!

O apartamento é muito bom, exatamente como descrito, e muito bem localizado. Os funcionários do prédio são disponíveis e gentis e o prédio oferece boa segurança, com funcionários específicos para esta função. O apartamento é razoavelmente silencioso e a limpeza diária é um destaque.
Na única situação de problemas, com o ar-condicionado, Rafaella foi também disponível e em poucas horas uma equipe especializada esteve presente. O problema não pode ser resolvido durante minha estadia, mas tive a sorte de que a temperatura não exigia os dois ar-condicionados ativos (em verdade, quase não os utilizei).
Os utensílios de cozinha são de boa qualidade e suficientes para refeições variadas no apartamento.
Tive uma estadia de cinco dias e pude me sentir confortável, seguro e bem acomodado.
Recomendo com ênfase este apartamento para estadias breves ou mesmo longas.

Durante minha viagem fiquei em 3 airbnbs na zona sul, este sendo o melhor deles.
Tudo era lindo, bem cuidado, novo. Não haviam muitas marcas de uso em nenhum dos móveis. A área é ótima. Há apenas duas coisas que deveriam melhorar:
1- As panelas são muito ruins. Foi quase impossível cozinhar pois além delas estarem super desgastadas e tortas, eram muito pequenas, e não havia panelas suficientes para fazer uma refeição para 2. Vendo como o resto do apto é moderno e bem cuidado, as panelas realmente destoam do resto. Também não há maquina de fazer café (usar maquina de pods não é bom para o ambiente nem para o nosso bolso) então usei um coador de pano.
2- No quarto, notamos um cheiro meio esquisito, agridoce, quando o ar condicionado era ligado. Meu parceiro achou que havia algo nas cobertas e com as janelas fechadas, o cheiro ficaria mais forte. Não sei o que era, mas me pergunto se os edredons são lavados a cada guest, ou só os lençóis de baixo. O quarto parecia limpo no geral.

Impecable apartamento para vacacionar en Río ,tal cual muestran las fotos con vista súper despejada al corcovado y al mar está muy bien ubicado a solo dos cuadras de la playa se va caminado sin problemas, muy próximo a restaurantes bares super mercados etc , la atención de Eduardo fue excelente nos esperó muy amablemente dando recomendaciones de la zona,
Limpieza diaria con personal muy amable, el apartamento bien equipado y muy limpio con sabanas y toallas impecables. Volveremos.

Just spent 8 nights at Rafaella’s apartment and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The apartment looks better than the photos, the locations is absolutely perfect (walking distance to any daily needs, close to amazing restaurants and beaches), and the views are amazing. The apartment itself was very clean and organized. This is my second time staying in Leblon and I will now be booking this apartment for my next trip to Rio. The host is very responsive and the building workers are very helpful and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful place for your stay.

The apartment is a block away from the beach and has views of the Christ statue to one side and the ocean on the other. The best restaurants in Rio are just a very short walk away. Rafaella, our host, could not have been more attentive, responsive and friendly. She constantly contacted us to make sure everything was in order and to our liking, making it a very pleasant experience. That will always be our go to place when we visitto Rio.

Was a great location, lovely balcony and view of the mountains and sea. Nice place to chill. The pool was available and refreshing, so nice surprise as thought it was under maintenance still from description. Staff and communications were great.

Rafaella was very communicative. Her apartment was clean, and it’s a great location for exploring Rio. The balcony is really nice for drinking coffee, and the washing machine was useful for cleaning a few things. There’s also great WiFi (500 mbps) and the workspace was perfect for us to take a few calls. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception after checkout. We would stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for the best location in Leblon with gorgeous views of the ocean and the city! Even Cristo Redentor is visible from the balcony! My husband and I were really satisfied with the kind building staff, including the hardworking housekeepers. Spotless from floor to ceiling. Only hiccup which is not at any fault of our host, the building pool was under maintenance. I had booked specifically for the pool but Leblon and sightseeing kept us so busy we didn’t even think about it. Thanks Rafaella and HomerRio!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Leblon ist der schönste Stadtteil von Rio, ruhig, sauber, mit einem familienfreundlichen Strand, wunderbaren Restaurants und Cafés. Die Wohnung liegt 1 Minute zum Fuß von einer modernen U-Bahn Station. Aus dem 16. Stockwerk hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und die Christusstatue. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für zwei Personen ist das die perfekte Wahl für eine Woche in Rio. Rafaella und ihr Team waren vom Anfang sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Möglichkeit gewesen, früher einzuchecken (gegen Aufpreis), weil wir aus Europa sehr früh morgens gekommen waren.

We spent 10 days and the apartment was as described and shown on the pictures. Located on the 16th floor with great views of Rio, Christ Redeemer and beaches. Safe area with lots of great restaurants nearby and 5 minutesto Leblon beach. Would definitely stay again!

Location is a 10/10. It was my first time in Rio and there was lots to do near the Airbnb. Great view of Christ the redeemer and 2 blocks away from the beach. The location is in a very good place, it’s a noble neighborhood, it’s safe, and within walking distance of many amenities.

I had an amazing time staying here! The communication was excellent throughout, and it was very accommodating even though I arrived earlier than the posted check in time. The views from the apartment are breath taking, as well as the apartment itself. Centrally located to some amazing restaurants, shops, and grocery stores I highly recommend you stay here to enjoy the best Rio has to offer!

You can’t beat this location in Leblon. This charming apartment has beautiful views of the city and beach and quick walks to the best restaurants and bars in the neighborhood or the ocean. It’s a wonderful, place to stay with everything you need. My wife and I spent 6 days here and loved every minute. We will definitely be coming back!

O apartamento é muito bom, exatamente como descrito, e muito bem localizado. Os funcionários do prédio são disponíveis e gentis e o prédio oferece boa segurança, com funcionários específicos para esta função. O apartamento é razoavelmente silencioso e a limpeza diária é um destaque. Na única situação de problemas, com o ar-condicionado, Rafaella foi também disponível e em poucas horas uma equipe especializada esteve presente. O problema não pode ser resolvido durante minha estadia, mas tive a sorte de que a temperatura não exigia os dois ar-condicionados ativos (em verdade, quase não os utilizei). Os utensílios de cozinha são de boa qualidade e suficientes para refeições variadas no apartamento. Tive uma estadia de cinco dias e pude me sentir confortável, seguro e bem acomodado. Recomendo com ênfase este apartamento para estadias breves ou mesmo longas.

Durante minha viagem fiquei em 3 airbnbs na zona sul, este sendo o melhor deles. Tudo era lindo, bem cuidado, novo. Não haviam muitas marcas de uso em nenhum dos móveis. A área é ótima. Há apenas duas coisas que deveriam melhorar: 1- As panelas são muito ruins. Foi quase impossível cozinhar pois além delas estarem super desgastadas e tortas, eram muito pequenas, e não havia panelas suficientes para fazer uma refeição para 2. Vendo como o resto do apto é moderno e bem cuidado, as panelas realmente destoam do resto. Também não há maquina de fazer café (usar maquina de pods não é bom para o ambiente nem para o nosso bolso) então usei um coador de pano. 2- No quarto, notamos um cheiro meio esquisito, agridoce, quando o ar condicionado era ligado. Meu parceiro achou que havia algo nas cobertas e com as janelas fechadas, o cheiro ficaria mais forte. Não sei o que era, mas me pergunto se os edredons são lavados a cada guest, ou só os lençóis de baixo. O quarto parecia limpo no geral.

Impecable apartamento para vacacionar en Río ,tal cual muestran las fotos con vista súper despejada al corcovado y al mar está muy bien ubicado a solo dos cuadras de la playa se va caminado sin problemas, muy próximo a restaurantes bares super mercados etc , la atención de Eduardo fue excelente nos esperó muy amablemente dando recomendaciones de la zona, Limpieza diaria con personal muy amable, el apartamento bien equipado y muy limpio con sabanas y toallas impecables. Um apartamento de sonho. Boa localização, muito limpo, confortável e bem decorado. A melhor sauna que já conheci na América do Sul. Ótima academia e piscina no top do predio. Localização excepcional! Ao lado da praia e dos melhores restaurantes do leblon, região super tranquila, vista incrível, serviço de quarto, chuveiro perfeito, cozinha completa, local para lavar os pés após a praia, mercadinho 24/h dentro do condomínio, travesseiros confortáveis, colchão excelente.
Piscina estava em manutenção, não conseguimos entrar para ver a vista anunciada ou usá-la.

Achei o apart bem montado com móveis novos e confortáveis e decoração clean. A vista é excelente! O apart é bem montado em relação as louças e utensílios de cozinha , novos , inclusive os eletrodomésticos. Atendimento dos funcionários do apart excelente!
