It has a mini kitchen, with sink, cooktop (electric), pans, minibar, electric coffee maker, espresso machine, sandwich maker, electric kettle, retractable table and ceiling fan.

Mixed building (residential and commercial) with 24-hour concierge, reception at the entrance, elevators, open space with common area for leisure and work. Gallery on the ground floor with laundry, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and print shop. Great location, close to Largo do Machado square and the metro. There is a laundry in the building's gallery with washing service per kg, paid separately. The sofa bed is the size of a comfortable double bed, has bedding and a blanket.

Cleaning available during the stay if requested, with a professional appointed by the host and paid separately with change of bed linen.

There is an auditorium in the building with the possibility of renting it for R$400 per day or R$200 part-time.
