Luxury Flat 500m to Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches and Subway

Cozy loft fine decorated by architect with every comfort you may think, fully functional with everything a home need. I have 1 bedroom (King Size Bed) and 2 bathrooms, but I can accommodate extra 2 people. Aircon, 64" 4K TV, Home Theater, Private Sauna, Ice Machine.
I have two aircon, but one of them is not working at the moment, the other one has the capacity to make the whole unit cold. Maybe the problem will be solved until your stay, I'm working on it, but right now it is not working.
The apartment was decorated by architect and only fine quality materials were used, from lightning project to all amenities in the flat. Very cozy and functional.
The house will be all available for the guest. I have a 64"TV and receiver, so you can connect your computer. Fast Speed wi-fi available. Washing machine and dishwasher, Microwave, Grill, Icemaker, air conditioner split, towel dryer, Acustic windows to prevent noise although the apartment is very silent.
Sometimes when I rent my apartment I travel, but not always, so if I'm around I'll be glad to interact and show you the Best of Rio.
I consider my spot the best cost/benefit in Rio, you have everything you need at walking distance. I`m one block from copacabana beach, at Posto 6 near copacabana fort, the best place to do SUP in Rio, where you can also rent than. I'm 2 blocks from Ipanema beach (arpoador) Posto 8, Garota de Ipanema Park. and 10 minutes walk from subway. Right under my building you have Balada Mix Restaurant open everyday to midnight, and many other choices near by (TTBurger, Pizza Hut). Supermarket 5 minutes walk.
Very easy to get Taxi right in front of my apartment, ciclovia passes right near as well, subway is 10 minutes walk, bus stop right in front. There are a lot of paid parking around. You can also find parking place at the street.
