In accordance with building policy, photos of all guests' documents must be submitted.
Visitors are not permitted at any time of day.
All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and failure to comply may result in fines that will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.
Online registration of all guests in the reservation is mandatory. Entry will not be permitted for unregistered guests.
Guest substitution during the stay is not allowed.
We provide only two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, and no replacements are offered after they run out.
Smoking inside the apartment may result in a fine of R$ 300.
Do not walk through the building wearing swimwear such as bikinis, speedos, or shorts without a shirt.
For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately according to usage.
For reservations longer than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning service of R$ 250 must be scheduled to ensure proper sanitization of the property; linen change is included.

Sem dúvida, foi a melhor experiência que já tive alugando um apartamento. Recomendo de olhos fechados e voltaria sem hesitar!
Tudo foi simplesmente magnífico! O apartamento superou todas as expectativas: extremamente confortável, impecavelmente limpo e com todos os detalhes pensados para que a estadia fosse perfeita. A localização é excelente, muito bem situada, com fácil acesso a tudo o que é necessário — realmente ideal para aproveitar ao máximo a cidade. Mas o que tornou esta experiência verdadeiramente inesquecível foi a anfitriã. Nunca jamais vi uma anfitriã tão dedicada, atenciosa e implicada em agradar e facilitar tudo 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. Sempre disponível, prestativa e preocupada com cada detalhe para garantir que tudo estivesse perfeito.

Place was great, in walking distance to everything you could need when in Rio,
The host was great, she responds quickly, gives recommendations to things to do and when to do them, and had throughout our entire trip been super accomodating, making it very clear that if there is anything we could need we should not hesitate to ask!
Overall a really great experience at a great place, highly recommended!

Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicación. En la fecha en la que fuimos hacía micho calor, pero el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones funcionó fantástico. Lugar a 1 cuadra de la playa, exquisito restorant en frente y cercano a mucho lugares de interés.

Tive uma experiência perfeita. A localização é simplesmente incrível, extremamente próxima da praia, o que torna tudo ainda mais especial e prático. O espaço é impecável, muito bem cuidado, confortável e fiel em cada detalhe ao que é apresentado nas fotos, o que passa muita confiança desde o início.
A anfitriã é um grande diferencial, com uma comunicação rápida, atenciosa e muito eficiente, sempre disponível e disposta a ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença para uma estadia tranquila e sem qualquer preocupação.
Foi tudo maravilhoso, sem nenhum ponto negativo. Um lugar que transmite confiança, qualidade e cuidado em cada detalhe. Recomendo com total certeza e voltaria mil vezes. Experiência nota 10 em todos os aspectos.
