The apartment is extremely well-ventilated and bright, even though there is air conditioning in every room. Hot water is heated by gas, ensuring comfort. There are no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors installed. The building is residential and quiet; we ask that you respect the house rules and quiet hours.

The main highlight of the space is its welcoming and green atmosphere: plants throughout every room and large windows with views of the treetops—where a family of toucans often appears! The spacious living room is integrated with the kitchen with an island, creating a perfect setting for gatherings. The dining table seats up to 10 people. Bedrooms have built-in closets and comfortable furniture. There are two full bathrooms and an office that can be converted into a bedroom with an inflatable mattress.

Guests have full access to the apartment: living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, office, bathrooms, and all bedrooms. There are no private outdoor areas in the building, and the property has visitation and quiet hours rules that must be respected. There are no internal restrictions on the use of the apartment.

Located at the best spot in Leblon, on the charming General Artigas Street. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as well as the subway and the famous Dias Ferreira Street, filled with restaurants, cafés, shops, and bars. The area is safe, tree-lined, and perfect for walks. Close to Leblon Shopping, Jardim de Alah, and Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon.

Suggestions: walk to the beach in the morning, enjoy the bars on Dias Ferreira, rent bikes to ride around the Lagoon, and explore the local shops.

The subway (Antero de Quental Station) is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to reach any part of the city. There are nearby bus stops and a wide availability of taxis and rideshare cars. We do not offer parking spaces; however, there are paid parking lots in the surrounding area. Santos Dumont Airport is approximately 25–30 minutes away by car, and Galeão is about 35–45 minutes, depending on traffic.
