The sauna, game room, hot tub, and gym are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Smoking inside the apartment may result in a R$300 fine.
Do not wear swimwear (such as bikinis, trunks, or shorts without a shirt) in the building’s common areas.
For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately based on recorded usage.
If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 200 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.
