The apartment has protective screens, Wi-Fi in all rooms, basic kitchen utensils, an iron, cleaning products and a hammock. There is street parking and paid garage parking outside the building. Self-service laundry is 300m away, and a paid gym is nearby.

The apartment was designed to offer practicality and comfort. The equipped kitchen provides full autonomy. The living room with smart TV and a hammock creates a cozy environment to relax after a day at the beach. The spacious wardrobe and essential items ensure convenience throughout the entire stay.

Guests have exclusive access to all internal areas of the apartment. The condominium has basic coexistence rules, such as respecting quiet hours and providing identification at the front desk.

Interaction will be mainly through messages. I will always be available to assist before, during, and after the stay, offering quick support if needed.

Located in the heart of Copacabana, the neighborhood is safe, tree-lined, and full of life. You will be close to the beach, the lake, and several tourist attractions, as well as cafés, bars, restaurants, markets, bakeries, theaters, cinemas, and viewpoints. The area is bohemian, sophisticated, and excellent for walks, night outings, and gastronomic experiences.

At 650m from the Cantagalo Metro station, access to the rest of the city is simple and fast. Bus lines run along the main avenue. Santos Dumont Airport is about 20–25 minutes away by car and Galeão is 35–45 minutes away, depending on traffic. There is street parking and a paid garage near the building (not included).

Condominium Rules of Good Conduct – Required Reading

Quiet hours

- From 9 p.m. to 9 a.m., according to condominium regulations.

It is expressly prohibited:

- Use the washing machine after 9 p.m.

- Playing loud music, holding parties, talking loudly, or making any kind of noise after 9 p.m.

- Leaving the lights in the kitchen and/or laundry room on continuously for more than 30 minutes between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m.

- Walking around the elevator or lobby wearing swimwear or beachwear (such as bikinis, swim trunks, or shorts without a shirt).

- Using the elevator above its maximum capacity, as indicated by internal signage.

- Smoking in the apartment is subject to a fine of R$ 300.00.

Fines and penalties

- Failure to comply with the rules of coexistence set forth in the Convention and in the Condominium's Internal Regulations may result in a fine equivalent to 80% of the minimum wage, which will be passed on in full to the person responsible for the reservation.

Guests

- Online registration is mandatory for all guests included in the reservation.

- Unregistered persons will not be allowed to enter.

- All guests are subject to the condominium rules, and any fines will be passed on to the person responsible for the reservation.

Additional information

- We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, with no replacement once they are finished.

- If necessary, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$ 150.00, covering transportation from the office to the accommodation.

- For reservations exceeding 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately, according to recorded usage.
