Our space was designed to offer convenience, comfort, and an authentic experience in Rio de Janeiro. The décor is cozy, the rooms are air-conditioned, and the internet is high-speed, ideal for leisure or remote work. We are in a privileged location, close to the beach. It is the perfect place to relax peacefully after a day exploring the city.

We recommend using the Google Maps app to get around the city, where you can find useful addresses such as pharmacies, parking lots, hospitals, markets, restaurants, and even entertainment recommendations.

To use public transportation, use the 'Moovit' app, which shows the lines and stations where to board and get off to reach your destination.

Ride-hailing apps like Uber and 99 work well. Conventional taxis tend to be more expensive but are also safer.

All guests on the reservation must be registered online. Unregistered guests will not be allowed in.

All guests are subject to the rules of the condominium and failure to comply with these rules may result in fines which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking.

Guest substitution during the stay is not permitted.

If needed, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$150 for transportation from our office to the accommodation.

We only provide two rolls of toilet paper for the bathroom and we do not replace them after they are finished.

For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately based on recorded usage.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce superbe appartement près de Copacabana Beach ! La localisation est imbattable : à seulement un bloc de la plage, tout est à portée de main. La vue citadine est charmante, et l’ambiance générale très relaxante. L’appartement est moderne, très bien équipé, climatisation, Wi-Fi rapide, une cuisine complète et un salon confortable. L’hôte a été aux petits soins : la communication a été fluide, l’arrivée s’est faite sans stress grâce à la serrure électronique, et tous les petits détails étaient pris en compte.  En résumé, que vous veniez pour explorer Rio, vous détendre à la plage ou travailler un peu à distance, cet endroit est un excellent choix. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement ! Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Minha estadia foi simplesmente perfeita! O apartamento é exatamente como anunciado: moderno, super limpo, bem decorado e com aquele conforto que faz toda a diferença. Tudo estava impecável quando cheguei — cama gostosa, ambiente cheiroso e itens essenciais bem organizados. A localização é maravilhosa, prática para o dia a dia e super segura. O prédio é silencioso, o que deixou minha estadia ainda mais tranquila. O host foi extremamente atencioso e rápido nas respostas, facilitando muito o check-in e qualquer dúvida durante a estadia. Deu pra sentir que realmente se preocupa com a experiência do hóspede. Me senti totalmente em casa. Recomendo demais e, sem dúvidas, voltaria!

Amazing stay! 🌴 The apartment is spotless, cozy, and perfectly located just steps from Copacabana Beach. Great WiFi, comfy bed, and everything you need in the kitchen.
