Online registration of all guests in the reservation is mandatory. Entry of unregistered guests will not be allowed.

All guests are subject to condominium rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, which will be charged to the reservation holder.

Smoking inside the apartment may result in a R$ 300,00 fine.

Do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, swim trunks, or shorts without a shirt in the building’s common areas.

If needed, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$ 150,00 to cover transport from our office to the property.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not offer replenishment once they are used.

For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas consumption will be charged separately based on recorded usage.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.
