Pets are allowed as long as they are over 2 years old, with an extra charge for the pet fee.

Smoking in the apartment may result in a R$300 fine.

Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property.

Please do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, trunks, or go shirtless in the building's common areas.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not restock after they run out.

If needed, we offer a crib for a fixed fee of R$150 for transportation from our office to the accommodation.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 250 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.

It was a short stay, and the place worked just fine. Clean and organized, with a basic kitchen and a great location near Arpoador and Posto 5 in Copacabana.

Excelente apartamento em um prédio maravilhoso. O stuudo, apesar de compacto, é espaçoso, silencioso, moderno e com tudo o que se precisa. Super recomendo. Pretendo voltar.
