The apartment is equipped with basic cleaning supplies for minor emergencies. The ceiling fan works when the light is on, but after turning it on, you can switch off the light using the same remote.

The apartment has good natural lighting, but it does not offer a direct outside view and does not have protective bars, so extra care is needed if children are present.

This apartment is cozy and functional, perfect for up to 2 adults. It features:

32” Smart TV with streaming access.

Ironing board and ladder.

Naturally well-lit spaces, creating a pleasant environment for relaxation.

The space offers comfort and convenience, allowing guests to feel at home, with the freedom to cook, watch movies, and relax peacefully.

Online registration of all guests included in the reservation is mandatory. Entry will not be allowed for unregistered guests.

All guests must follow the condominium rules. Failure to comply may result in fines, which will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation.

Substituting guests during the stay is not allowed.

We provide only two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and do not replenish them after they run out.

Smoking in the apartment may result in a fine of R$300.

Do not wear swimwear such as bikinis, swim trunks, or shirtless shorts in the building’s common areas.

If the reservation exceeds 2 weeks, you will need to schedule an extra cleaning for R$ 200 to ensure the property’s sanitation; linen change is included.
