Beautiful recently renovated apartment with views of Christ, in the heart of Botafogo, 50 steps from the subway and close to bars and restaurants. The apartment has a living room with split air conditioning, sofa bed, 55" smart TV, integrated and equipped kitchen. Service area with washing machine and dryer, and a complete bathroom.
Cozy room with Queen bed and feather pillows, 400 thread count bedding and split air conditioning, spacious bathroom with two sinks. Building with 24-hour concierge.
It has a small bedroom with a single bed and ceiling fan.
All guests are subject to the rules of the condominium and failure to comply with these rules may result in fines which will be passed on to the person responsible for the booking.

If you prioritize safety and convenience, Uber and 99 app cars work well. Conventional taxis tend to be more expensive, but also safer.

The apartment is located in an excellent part of Botafogo, with a metro station (station Botafogo) very close by. Various restaurant, shopping centers and supermarkets are all within a 10-minute walk distance from the B&B. Praia vermelha and Pão de Açúcar are a short uber drive away.
The B&B offers 24/7 security. The furniture, shower and kitchen come in good conditions. airconditioning works appropriately as well.
The owner of the B&B or associated parties are easy to approach and usually respond within 30 minutes.

Botafogo is a great neighborhood of the city and this rental was great for what it was! Nothing too fancy but had everything we needed and the host was very communicative and helpful! Would stay there again for sure

Our staying at Rafaella’s place was amazing, not to say the convenience and location of the place. We felt safe walking at night and there are so many restaurants around and the metro. It was very clean and felt comfy just what we were looking for our stay in Rio. Thank you for communicating with us and accommodating our stay in your apartment.

Super Lage, kann man zu fit zu Fuß überall hin und hat eine Metro ganz in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man brauch. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen✨💪🏽

We had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated apartment. Location right next to the metro is super convenient and watching TV in the hammock was such a pleasure. Nothing beats Gustavo and Rafaela’s attention, I was impressed with how quickly they responded and tended to our needs. My reason for a 4 star rating is that the property is recently renovated and there were minor details that needed to be sorted, but I am sure these great hosts will improve the property for future hosts.

Great place , centrally located nearby the Botafogo Metrô. The apartment was newly remodeled and is well equipped with everything you would need to make you feel at home. The area is very nice. One block away there is a whole row of multiple restaurants with diverse cuisine. Rafaella is a great host, very communicative and made sure everything was five stars during me stay. I would stay here again.

O imóvel é muito agradável, até alonguei a estadia. Um apartamento silencioso, com tudo confortável, de bom gosto, funcional, num prédio ótimo, colado ao Metrô e comércio farto. Roupa de cama e banho de qualidade, chuveiro excelente e até sauna. Indico o apartamento, inclusive pra quem deseja uma estadia mais longa. Vão se sentir em casa!

A hospedagem foi muito boa, o apartamento é exatamente conforme a descrição e tinha tudo que precisávamos desde itens básicos de cozinha até lava e seca e produtos de limpeza. Além disso, a localização é a melhor possível do ladinho do metro de Botafogo com vários restaurantes, mercados e cafés por perto e mesmo com o barulho do bairro o apartamento e o condomínio eram bem tranquilos e silencioso. A comunicação da Rafaella e equipe foi o grande diferencial se preocupando sempre com o nosso conforto, flexíveis com o check-in e check-out e super proativos em ajudar no que precisávamos. Super recomendo e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Ótima estadia! O apartamento é muito bem localizado e, surpreendentemente, não é muito barulhento considerando a região. O Wi-Fi foi excelente, ideal para quem precisa trabalhar remotamente. O espaço é adequado e funcional, e a rede na sala foi um destaque super relaxante.
A cozinha, embora simples, estava bem equipada com tudo o que precisávamos. A anfitriã foi incrível: super responsiva e pronta para resolver qualquer questão rapidamente.
O segundo quarto foi perfeito para nossa criança, mas pode ser pequeno demais para acomodar outro adulto com conforto. No geral, uma experiência muito positiva!

El alojamiento está bien distribuido, cómodo con todo lo básico para uso, el baño era muy grande y muy confortante.
